Hello Guys!!
I hope you all would have enjoyed my previous post.
I had started with the "Hope" which inspires us to be consistent in our efforts and give 100 %. I really appreciate people who has got success after a lot of patience and endeavours. Many a times in our lives we are in despair and don't know what to do and end up hurting our parents, friends, relatives.
We mostly focus on trivial things which affects our most valuable asset that is TIME. Its really difficult to be calm and composed in our lives and have a balance over every aspect. only then we can find our true self and purpose of life.
Most of us feel anxiety after we counter our trigger points, it ruins our entire schedule
and flow of events. The only thing which can give us instant relief is distraction from that ,so we chose to scroll up reels, or watch a movie, waste our time. But how long are we going to not face these crucial issues with ourselves in life and try to avoid them. We always thing how can we get rid of those suffering.
In short time these may be of minimal importance but in long time these grow into high tides which sweeps away all our intelligence, courage , wisdom and peace of mind.
What I think really work is acceptance , understanding and training.
Acceptance of situation . Everything in life need not to be perfect. Everything has its own value and time . The thing to accept is this can happen to you and belief in yourself during time of adversity.
Understanding yourself and avoiding the the things during your study time or exam time.
training your mind to be resilient and calm in odd situations.
So next time whenever you face trigger point don't runaway from it instead face it with all your bravery. Because what makes you strong is not achievement but adversaries.
Believe in yourself and just remember you have more potential than you think. You are hero of your life. many problems will come and go but the end is sure that winner will be Hero.
